Take Route 3 North (in Massachusetts) and the F.E. Everett Turnpike North from Nashua. Just south of Manchester, the F.E. Everett Turnpike becomes Route 293. Follow I-95 South to Portsmouth, NH. After crossing the state line, take 3rd exit (Exit 2) to 101 West/I-93 South to I-293 North.
