Exhibitor Registration Process
1) Review the information below from the Call for Exhibitors brochure.
2) Fill out the contact form.
If you have already registered with us, login to your account instead.
3) Select Exhibitor Space Preference and optional Sponsorship & Advertising Alternatives
4) Print your invoice and send payment within 10 days.
Pay by Friday, July 8, 2011 to receive a 10% discount on your exhibitor space
and get listed in the Conference Program Guide.
5) Enter your company description, logo and contact information for the Exhibitor's Guide.
Information for the printed guide must be entered by September 11.
You may make changes for the online guide until the end of the conference.
6) Login to your account to manage other options:
Door prize selections and presentation/concurrent session description(s), if applicable,
are due by Friday, July 8, 2011 in order to be included in the Conference Program Guide.
We will continue to accept presentations and door prizes through November.
You will receive an email confirming your registration information.

Exhibit Spaces
  • Exhibits will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 7:30 to 3:00 on Thursday. Additional time is scheduled in 2011 for visiting exhibitors. The continental breakfast, lunch, 25th Anniversary Celebration Receptions, and Share-A-Thon are located in the exhibitor area to increase your visibility and traffic throughout each day.
  • Exhibit Booths in the Expo Center include: 6' long, skirted exhibit table, two chairs, one 110 v. outlet, internet access, and pipe and draping appropriate for the location. Two free exhibitor lunches (box or sit-down) are provided each day.
  • Wireless Internet access is included in ALL exhibitor registration fees.
  • Double, triple, and quad exhibit spaces that can be configured to meet your unique set-up needs are now available.
  • Exhibit spaces will be assigned on a first received AND paid basis.
  • Twelve 60-minute presentation times are available in the NEW Classroom Presentation Area located in the Expo Center.

Three~Day Option
Premium, wall, and standard piped and draped spaces are available in the EXPO Center.
Tuesday & Wednesday Two~Day Option
Piped and draped spaces are located in the EXPO Center. Two-day exhibitors will be required to “tear down” between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.
If you have a "Free Standing Exhibit Booth" it must fit within the dimensions noted on the Registration Form. Please contact the Radisson staff directly at (603) 206-4215 by October 14th if you require any special adaptations (i.e. telephone, extra electrical) and to define your space layout. This is your responsibility and IS NOT INCLUDED in the registration fee.

Sponsorship opportunities include: keynote speakers, Exhibitor Guide, continental breakfasts, lunches, and afternoon health breaks.
There will also be sponsorship opportunities associated with our 25th Anniversary Celebration Receptions.

Advertising
About 8,000 Conference Program Guides will be delivered to educators throughout New England. Your company will be listed on our interactive website, http://www.nhcmtc.org. Register before Friday, July 8, 2011 to be listed in both the Conference Program Guide and the Exhibitors Guide, plus receive a 10% discount. Register before September 9th to be listed in the Exhibitor Guide.
Deadlines
July 8   Registration and payment are due in order to appear in the Conference Program Guide and receive a 10% discount. Presentation/concurrent session description(s) are due, if applicable.
September 9th   Registration and payment are due to be listed in the Exhibitor Guide.
September 9th   Photo-ready copy (.pdf format) is due for advertisements in Exhibitor Guide.
October 14th   Contact the Radisson for special arrangements. The hotel will assess a late fee for ALL REQUESTS received after November 5th.
November 28th   Exhibits must be set-up between noon and 6:00 p.m. Monday.
