Learn about the process of creating performance assessments in a competency-based curriculum that also integrates technology from a NHSTE Pat Keyes Educator Award winner.Attend this session to explore the process used to create assessments that track proficiency in competencies and models that can be used to work with students who do not meet proficiency. In this session, participants will be introduced to how to develop a competency unit using technology based performance assessments. Participants will leave the session with rubric building information, technology ideas and an effective way to use technology to create student centered learning environments.
