Mind Your Manors! Step back in time and create a self sufficient Medieval Manor society using the robust 3D tools of Google's free SketchUp software. In this presentation teachers from the InterLakes School district guide you through their planning and implementation of a technology enriched lesson that addresses cross curricular standards in social studies, language arts, math, and geography. Participants will explore various building tools in SketchUp software as well as other software additions that address information literacy skills in the content areas. Come and build with us as we share the construction of our project! |
