Exhibitor Registration Process

1)
Review the information below from the pdfCall for Exhibitors brochure.
2)
Fill out the exhibitor registration form.
*Note: If you have registered with us in the past, login to your existing account instead.
3)
Select Exhibitor Space Options, Presentation Options and optional Sponsorship & Advertising Opportunities
4)
Print your invoice and send payment within 10 days.
Pay by Friday, July 15, 2017 to receive a 10% discount on your exhibitor space and get listed in the Conference Program Guide.
5)
Enter your company description, logo and contact information for the Exhibitor's Guide.
Information will appear immediately on www.nhcmtc.org. Information for the printed guide must be entered by September 4th.
You may make changes for the online guide until the end of the conference.
6) 
Login to your account to edit/update your Exhibitor Guide entry, booth representatives & lunch selections, and presentation information (if applicable):
Presentation info is due by Friday, July 15, 2017 to appear in the printed Conference Program Guide.

Exhibitors who have registered in the past should use the Login Page to access their existing account and submit a new options form for this year

Important Dates

July 14th
Registration and payment are due in order to appear in the Conference Program Guide and receive the 10% discount. Presentation/concurrent session description(s) are due, if applicable, to appear in the Conference Program Guide.
November 13th
Contact the Radisson for special arrangements. The hotel may assess a late fee for ALL REQUESTS received after Monday, November 13, 2017.
