Exhibit Booths in the Expo Center include a 6' long, skirted exhibit table, two chairs, one 110 v. outlet, wireless Internet access, carpet included and pipe and draping appropriate for the location.
- Partnership Pavilion will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday. Three 50-minute blocks are scheduled daily for visiting exhibitors. The morning continental breakfast, lunch, and afternoon dessert breaks are located in close proximity to the Partnership Pavilion to increase your visibility and traffic throughout the day.
- Two complimentary exhibitor credentials are provided per booth per day. Each credential provides meals, access to the entire conference, and a badge.

- Exhibit spaces will be assigned in November based on a first come and paid, first served basis. CMTC reserves the right to move any booth for logistical purposes. Gold, Silver, and Bronze Sponsors paid in full will have first priority booth selection through July. 2-Day Solution Partner Booth exhibitors paid in full will be assigned booths based on their selected preferences beginning in August in order of their registration payment date. CMTC reserves the right to move any booth for logistical purposes.
- If you have a "Free Standing Exhibit Booth" it must fit within the dimensions noted on the Registration Form.
